1. Shipping Regions
We currently support shipping from Bangkok, Thailand to various regions within Thailand. If your delivery address is in a remote area not covered by our logistics services, the system will indicate that delivery is not possible at checkout, or our customer service will contact you via email after you place your order to discuss the matter.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

Order Processing Time: After successful payment, we will prepare and ship all orders within [1-3] business days. Shipments are not processed on Thai public holidays. During peak promotional seasons, order processing time may be extended.

Logistics Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is [3-7] business days.

Free Shipping: Users enjoy free standard shipping when placing an order.

Regular Shipping: If the free shipping threshold is not met, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your chosen delivery method, package weight, and destination.

🔄 Part Two: Return & Refund Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with the goods you received. If you need to return or exchange goods, we will process your request according to the following conditions:

1. Return Conditions
Application Period: You have the right to submit a return or exchange request within [7] days from the date of receipt of the goods. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Goods Condition: Items requested for return or exchange must be in brand new condition, i.e., unused, unwashed, undamaged, unmodified, and must have all original tags and original packaging. Who Bears Return Shipping Costs?

We Bear (Returns Without Liability): If the problem is caused by our error (e.g., obvious quality defects or serious damage during transportation), we will bear all return and reshipment shipping costs.

Buyer's responsibility (non-quality issues): If a return is requested due to the buyer's personal reasons (e.g., buying the wrong product, changing personal preferences, changing mind, etc.), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse (located at [ถนนบางขุนเทียน-ชายทะเล แขวงแสมดำ เขตบางขุนเทียน กรุงเทพ 10150]).

3. Refund Time & Method: Warehouse Inspection: After receiving your returned package, we will complete the inspection of the goods' condition within [3-5] business days. Shipping fees (if any) paid in the original order will not be refunded.

Funds Arrival Time: The specific time it takes for funds to reach your account after the refund is issued depends on the processing time of your issuing bank or payment gateway. Typically:

PayPal Refund: 1-2 business days

4. Lost or Stolen Packages: If the tracking shows the package has been "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or your neighbor. This website is not financially responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, but we will do our best to assist you in initiating an investigation and claim with the logistics company.
