1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to ROYZEN, a platform operated by Pusong Trading Co., Limited. The Platform strictly adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations (“Personal Data Protection Act”) and is committed to respecting the rights and privacy of all users of the Shopee website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). We understand the importance of the personal information you provide to us and believe we have a responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process your personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or “this Policy”) aims to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose, and/or process the personal information you provide to us and/or the information we currently have or will have in the future, and to help you make informed decisions before providing us with any personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you have any questions about this Policy or our privacy practices, please see the “Contact Us for Any Questions, Concerns, or Complaints” section at the end of this Privacy Policy.

1.2 “Personal Data” means any information relating to an individual, whether true or false, that can be used to identify that individual, or to identify that individual through such information or other information that the organization has or may have. Common examples of personal data include name, ID number, and contact information.

1.3 By using our account registration service, accessing the platform, and/or using the service, you acknowledge and agree to accept the practices, terms, and/or policies described in this Privacy Policy, and agree to our collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to our processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the service or access the platform. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will notify you, including posting such changes or revisions on the platform. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Your continued access to the service or platform (including continued purchase of products) after the modification constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modification of this Privacy Policy.

1.4 This policy applies in conjunction with any notices, contracts, agreements, or consents relating to our collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data. Unless otherwise expressly stated, this policy shall not supersede any such notice, contract, or agreement.

1.5 This policy applies to all buyers, sellers, driver partners, and merchants using our services, unless otherwise expressly stated.

J&T Terms of Service

J&T is an additional delivery service operated and managed by J&T Express Thailand Co., Ltd. (“J&T Express”). J&T Express will provide delivery services for sales on the website. Sellers, recipients, and buyers are bound by these J&T Express Terms of Service and other related terms, conditions, and policies (“J&T Express Terms of Service”), which supplement the Platform Terms of Service and other policies. Please read these J&T Express Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. Any terms used in these J&T Express Terms of Service that are not defined in other parts of this document shall have the same meaning as those in the Platform Terms of Service, Terms, and/or policies. These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately. J&T Express may change all or part of these Terms of Service at its sole discretion without notice. If you continue to use J&T Express’s services after the date of revision of these Terms of Service, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the revised Terms of Service.

It should be clarified that these terms of service of J&T Express do not apply to the transportation of goods not provided by J&T Express. J&T Express is not involved in and is not liable for any failure, damage or loss arising out of or related to the transportation of goods by the buyer, recipient, seller and/or any other person using methods other than those provided by SPEX Express (including the seller's own fleet or through any other channel not connected through this website).

1. Shipment and Delivery of Goods.

1.1 When the Buyer purchases goods from the Seller, the goods will be shipped via J&T Express service. The Buyer must specify the payment method and delivery address for the goods (“Shipping Order”) on the website, and the Seller is responsible for delivering the goods to SPEX Express for transport (“Package”) according to the transportation method specified by SPEX Express.

1.2 J&T Express will provide package delivery service based on the delivery order. The delivery address must be within the delivery area published from time to time on the J&T Express website. J&T Express may modify the delivery area at any time at its sole discretion.

1.3 J&T Express will arrange for the package to be delivered directly to the name and address shown on the Shipping Order. If the recipient specified on the Shipping Order (“Recipient”) is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, J&T Express may deliver the package to (a) a receptionist, front desk staff, or security personnel in a commercial building, or (b) a close relative or housekeeper in a residential building (“Alternate Recipient”). Upon delivery of the package, J&T Express will require the buyer or recipient to sign an electronic delivery note (“Delivery Note”), which will indicate the date of receipt, the name and identity of the buyer or recipient. The signed Delivery Note serves as final proof of delivery.

1.4 Delivery Failure.

1.4.1 Delivery failure may be caused by a variety of reasons, such as:

1.4.1.1 The recipient or their representative refuses to accept the package, refuses to sign the Delivery Note, or refuses to pay for cash on delivery.

1.4.1.2 The recipient's identity or location cannot be determined for reasonable reasons.

1.4.1.3 No suitable person is available to receive the package at the recipient's address.

1.4.1.4 The shipped package is awaiting seller processing (e.g., a call to confirm shipment, a shipping delay, or changes to shipping details).

1.4.2 If the initial delivery fails due to inability to contact the recipient and/or for any other reason, J&T Express will attempt delivery again up to two times free of charge. However, if delivery is still unsuccessful, the package will be returned to the seller's address registered prior to the initial delivery.

1.4.3 If J&T Express is unable to return the package to the seller in accordance with the conditions set forth in Section 1.4.2 above due to any reason not attributable to J&T Express, the seller acknowledges its obligation to notify J&T Express in writing within 9 days of the date J&T Express notifies it of the failure to return the package, so that J&T Express may take the following actions: (a) return the package to the seller at the seller's expense; or (b) dispose of the package or take any other measures that J&T Express deems appropriate. If the seller fails to notify J&T Express of its intention within the stipulated period, the seller agrees to grant J&T Express the right to dispose of the package or take any other measures that J&T Express deems appropriate, and SPEX Express shall not be liable to the seller under any circumstances. 1.4.4 If the information on the shipping invoice is incorrect or incomplete, J&T Express will suspend delivery of the package until the seller provides further instructions or contacts J&T Express. J&T Express shall not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by any person as a result of such delays or cancellations.

1.5 If the recipient or their agent is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, J&T Express may (but is not obligated) notify the recipient of the failed delivery and temporarily store the package at a location designated by J&T Express for the recipient to collect from, at J&T Express's sole discretion and subject to service availability. If the package remains unclaimed for thirty (30) days from the date of notification, it shall be deemed to have been fully delivered.

1.6 Packages will only be delivered to the address specified on the shipping invoice. J&T Express reserves the right to suspend delivery if it deems the delivery address incorrect or incomplete.
